Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Purchases

This policy applies to purchases made for AA Exams App & Web Study, including subscriptions, in-app purchases, and other digital content. The seller and payment processor may vary depending on where you made your purchase.

2. Scope and Application

Contact support@aa-examsapp.com within 14 days of the purchase. Include:

• The email address associated with your account
• The purchase date and item
• Your order or transaction ID
• A brief explanation of your request
• Do not send full payment-card details.

3. Purchases through an app store

If you purchased through the Apple App Store, Google Play, or another third-party store, that store generally processes refunds under its own policies. Submit your request through the store’s purchase history or support process. We may be unable to issue refunds for payments we did not process.

4. Purchases made directly from us

For purchases processed directly by APPLIED ACCOUNTANCY, refund requests made within 14 days of purchase will be reviewed individually. Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method. 

Some digital purchases may be non-refundable once accessed or used, except where required by applicable law.

5. Subscriptions and cancellations

Canceling a subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically refund previous charges. To avoid the next renewal, cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Manage subscriptions through the platform where you subscribed.

6. Processing

We aim to respond within 3-5 business days. If approved, a refund is usually returned to the original payment method; your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post it.

7. Legal rights

This policy does not limit any refund or consumer rights you may have under applicable law. Where local law provides stronger protections, those rights apply.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy by posting a revised version on aa-examsapp.com. The effective date above indicates when it was last updated.
